Food Land
Food-Oriented Development is a strategy in which agriculture and food production is afforded a central place in the city, around which housing can develop. Productive farmlands are the urban parks of the twenty-first century.
De Werve Hoef engages in short-chain agriculture in the urban periphery of Wijnegem. The public space of a social housing project is set up as a CSA farm.
